CSAX Services Inc. began as a Merchant Services provider, catering to a diverse range of women owned/managed small businesses. Over time, this clear need emerged: women-owned and women-managed businesses were on the rise, yet many lacked access to the resources for specialized services and support essential for growth.

Recognizing this shift, CSAX evolved to focus on empowering women in business, providing professional services tailored to their unique needs. The goal was not only to offer essential business solutions but to also foster a community where women entrepreneurs and professionals could connect, collaborate, and thrive.

CSAX has expanded into a full-service provider, offering merchant services, accounting, insurance, customer service, and concierge solutions designed to help small to mid-sized businesses streamline operations and reduce overhead costs.

At its core, CSAX is built on the belief that women supporting women leads to stronger businesses, greater opportunities, and lasting success. By bridging gaps in resources and professional networks, CSAX is committed to helping women-led businesses flourish, ensuring they have the tools, connections, and services needed to reach their full potential.

"I’ve always believed in mixing business with passion—literally. Growing up in the ‘80s, I loved clothes and sports and dreamed of combining them into a career. So, after college, I jumped headfirst into the fashion industry, helping launch and build the Polo Ralph Lauren’s Men’s Golf Division and later leading sales at Nautica and Calvin Klein Golf. Along the way, I worked with tour players, managed sponsorships at The Masters, The US Open and The Ryder Cup, and even played a role in junior golf when Tiger Woods was making waves. It was a wild ride!

I am very proud to say that I was a part of Under Armor. My role there was as Director of Sales Operations. My experience there was the best corporate experience of my career. The word TEAM there really meant TEAM. It was the most collaborative culture I had ever worked in. The goal there was crystal clear and everyone understood the importance of their role. I definitely left there with an MBA in how to turn a dream into a reality.

After years of growing brands and being part of other people’s dreams, I took a leap and started Trinity Promotions, a procurement company for large-scale events. But life had a plot twist in store—I faced a major health battle, had an organ transplant, and did a whole lot of soul-searching. During recovery, I got my insurance license, stumbled into merchant services, and saw a massive opportunity: small businesses, especially women-owned businesses, needed better resources and solutions to enable them to grow.

Enter CSAX Services, my way of giving back to the female entrepreneurs out there. CSAX offers resources and solutions to help businesses grow without drowning in operational chaos. My mission? To make running a business simpler, more profitable, and less stressful—so women can thrive without sacrificing their family, time, energy, and sanity. Today, I’m healthy, have run a half marathon, and am building a company that empowers female entrepreneurs every day.
